Getting Started

Do you service my area?

We currently service from Port St Lucie to Northern parts of Broward County.

What is included in a move in/out cleaning?

A move out cleaning includes all of the items in a deep cleaning plus the inside of all cabinets and drawers, inside the refrigerator, oven, and pretty much all of the surfaces in the home. See detailed list sofreshmaids.com/checklist

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes. Our cleaning pros will come prepared with all of the necessary cleaning products and equipment.

Manage Your Account

Can I cancel or reschedule my cleaning?

We will happily accommodate your cancellation or reschedule any time up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. So if you need to cancel or reschedule please do within 24 hours of your appointment. If you cancel later than 24 hours, you will incur a $75.00 cancellation fee or if we arrive to your property and can not access it you will incur a $100 cancellation fee. Part of this fee goes to our cleaners to compensate them for not getting paid that day.

How many cleaners will come?

We will send one or two cleaners for nearly all jobs. While we can send more cleaners for exceptionally large homes, we have found that sending more than two cleaners is redundant and inefficient in most circumstances. We equip each of our cleaners with full cleaning kits and vacuums so you won’t need to supply a thing.

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Yes! All of our cleaning pros are thoroughly bonded and insured. Our professionals undergo a rigorous screening and verification process in accordance with local, state, and federal laws – as well as in-person assessments. To ensure a consistently high-quality performance, our partners are also evaluated on an ongoing basis. Be assured, you’re in good hands!

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

We do understand that accidents can happen, and in the rare and unlikely event of an incident, our team is here to support you. Please call (832) 510-4165 and we will assist with finding a resolution. For ultimate protection and peace of mind, we recommend securing or removing any valuable or personal items prior to your appointment. Please be advised that our policy does not cover theft or missing items.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Yes. We use the the latetst technology to ensure all of you information is completely safe.

Can I get same day service?

Sometimes we are able to take same day bookings, but to be on the safe side try and book your cleaning at least 24 hours in advance.

What is your satisfaction guaranteed policy?

Our mission is to make you happy! If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, please Contact Us within 24 hours of your service and we will return to fix any errors. Not only will we fix any errors, but we will crawl every square inch of your home to make sure that everything (even if you didn’t notice it) is 100% up to yours and our standards!

What is your refund policy?
